8th FIDE World Cup in Composing instead of Olympic Tournament 2020

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, FIDE have decided to postpone the Chess Olympiad 2020 for the next year. Therefore, the recently announced Olympic Tournament in Composing is canceled. FIDE, in collaboration with WFCC, have decided to organize for 2020 the 8^th FIDE World Cup in Composing 2020.
