Changes in 5th IOSC & solvers’ ratings 0718

Due to 6 missing solvers in the results report of the 5^th Israel Open Solving Championship 2018 the results had to be corrected. This had also a small effect on the rating list as per 1^st of July 2018 which therefore also was replaced.
