MOSCOW 2003 46th World Congress of Chess Composition

A Committee for Chess Composition of the Russian Chess Federation congratulates
you Happy New Year and invites you to attend the 46th World Congress of Chess
Composition (WCCC), which will be held in Moscow, Russia, from Saturday 26th
of July to 2nd of August, 2003 in the hotel Ukraina.

Would you be so kind as to fill in the application
form (MS Word document 32 Kb) for your visa processing.

We expect this form to be sent to us by 1st of March 2003.

Addition (March 22, 2003):
We must inform you about the new requirements for reception of the invitation
to the Congress. It is necessary to send your passport copy by fax 007 095 2923165
in addition to the application form as soon as possible. We hope for your understanding
and support.
