INVITATION

The Russian Chess Federation invites delegates of the Permanent Commission
for Chess Composition (PCCC-FIDE), national teams and individual solvers of
the 27th World Chess Solving Championship (WCSC) and all those interested in
problem-chess, to attend the 46th World Congress of Chess Composition (WCCC),
which will be held in Moscow, Russia, from 26th of July to 2nd of August, 2003
in the hotel "Ukraina".
